For one night only, Ousia is offering a Modern Greek Cooking-featured menu with a handful of dishes from the book, selected by chef Pano. Guests can order dishes from this menu a-la-carte or dive into them all during their Ousia experience, as well as purchase a signed book from chef Pano himself.

Day one in NYC ✔️I’m grateful to the teams at @lebernardinny and @sohmbar for graciously hosting two cookbook events yesterday! _____________________ First, I revisited @ericripert‘s kitchen to prepare some of my favorite cookbook recipes for media alongside talented chefs from @buckheadlife and paired with wines selected by my cousin and wine expert @sperpera . _____________________ Last night, we continued the fun with @aldosohm’s team during a special Greek-inspired #9pmpour at @sohmbar 🍾 _____________________ The tour will continue tonight at @ousianyc! I’ll be serving a #ModernGreekCooking tasting menu for $55 and signing books throughout the evening.
